Changes to title credit
As shown above the order of our titles changed as we realised the order in which we had planned for before what not typical of an small independent production company.

Today was extremely challenging for me as I found making the titles in After Effect very fiddly. But after repeating the steps a couple of times the process became easier.
I was very proud of myself for completing the titles alone as it was one of the things I was sceptical about as I knew i would struggle as I had never done it before. The outcome of the title credits was a success all my group agreed. That was one less thing to worry about I wet from feeling like this

Having been able to complete the titles showed me that my ICT skills in media have developed and improved from when I had first started. It also gave me the confidence to know my abilities were improving.

filming and evaluation update 3
Yesterday 11th Jan.
Foziya and I went to one of our four locations NW6, Peel Precent to film a couple more scenes.
It was successful and effective use of time.
We managed to film another one of the overview shoots to fit into the title sequence.
Although we were filming at very busy time we still managed to communicate effectively with each other to get the best shots that we could produce. We followed the shots types from the storyboard.
Overall I think it was a success as we came out more shots that could be edited into of film opening. It was also fun while doing so.

filming and evaluation update 2
For our second day of filming we filmed in Edmonton.
Despite the bad weather we still manage to do a lot today. Most of the scenes captures were good enough quality to be put into our film opening. We managed to get many roads signs and high streets.
Everyone in our group took turns to film and became more familiar with the equipment using different angles and shot types.

Sounds - Copyright
As a group we have wanted to use music that we believe the audience would associate with urban youth drama. This included fast paced rap that is mostly listened to by teenagers in London.
When choosing the music we had wanted to use,we had listened to the non-diegetic sounds which were used in films similar to ours like Kidulthood and Adulthood. We found that police sirens we a constant background noise so we searched for police sirens on Youtube and picked the one which sounded most realistic and suited our idea most.Fortunately we didn't require copyright permission to use this sound effect
However, for the actual music we had wanted to use,it was vital for us to gain permission. To make sure we had a range of choices to choose from,I had listened to multiple drill/trap music, which is often used in urban youth dramas and then messaged various popular artists via social media apps like Twitter and Snapchat. As the music we had wanted to use were created by artists who were at a similar age and were popular,it was quite easy to get a hold of them for permission.
Here are examples of some of the songs we had considered using before we had chosen a specific one.
Moscow March-GB X LOOSESCREW X TIZZY T

Harlem Spartans
Loski- Hazards
67 Lets Lurk
To get permission,I had contacted the through social media.

After,we had realized although this may be the music we had wanted to use,we may have not been able to use it as it may have been deemed inappropriate as it may be found to promote violence. We had then chosen to use instrumental which were fast paced and suited our genre. These were quite easy to use as many instrumentals on both Soundcloud and Youtube didn't not place copyright.
However having a range of music to choose from after getting permission from multiple artist did serve as a back up in case we didn't find the right music we wanted to use. This allowed us to be prepared for any problems that could of occurred.-Foziya
